Welcome to Texas Consultants in Anesthesia (TCA)! TCA is a group of board-certified pediatric and general anesthesiologists that provide pediatric and adult anesthesia throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
We provide perioperative anesthesia care for all ages of patients which include neonates, children, teenagers, and adults. Anesthesiologist members in the TCA Pediatric Division are dual boarded in pediatric and adult anesthesia. Anesthesiologist members in the TCA Adult Division are also specialty trained in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia.
